PRO BMX BIKE RIDERS PERFORM HIGH-FLYING TRICKS AT
ST. LOUIS MILLS ON MARCH 27

Zack Warden, St. Louis native, returns home to participate in free event and meet fans

(March 2, 2010) – St. Louis Mills, Missouri’s largest outlet and value retail shopping and entertainment destination, is pleased to welcome four internationally known professional BMX bike riders to its Plan Nine Skatepark for the Hoffman Bikes Team Professional BMX Demo at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 27.

Highlighting the BMX Demo is 20-year-old Zack Warden, a St. Louis native who has competed in multiple X-Games, as well as international BMX championships in countries such as Thailand, Dubai, Russia, Mexico and England. As a child, Warden spent weekends away from his mother to live with a family friend in downtown St. Louis to train, to fulfill his dream of competing at the highest level. During high school, Warden turned pro and moved to Woodward, PA to train full-time while continuing his education. Today, he performs the most difficult tricks being done in major competitions around the world and has earned several sponsorship deals.

“St. Louis Mills is proud to have such an accomplished athlete return home to share his skills and message of hard work and perseverance with the community,” said David Reed, general manager at St. Louis Mills. “We are glad to do our part to help share a story that will inspire kids to succeed.”

Joining Warden in the BMX Demo will be fellow pro BMX bike riders Seth Kimbrough, Will Love and Shane Weston, who have also competed internationally including at the X-Games.

After the BMX Demo, the athletes will be available to take pictures and sign autographs. They will then return to the course to ride in the open skatepark session, allowing visitors the opportunity to ride with the pros. The Hoffman Bikes Team Professional BMX Demo is free to watch. Regular session fees apply to ride with the pros.
